Overview
Because of its high humidity and strong stickiness, the coal slime can’t be dried by the traditional drying equipment. Our company is known as the most famous lignite drying machine manufacturer in China and we have made the dedicated coal slime dryer with other names of sludge drying machine and sludge dryer. Our lignite coal dryer price is reasonable, and the dryer adopts the unique scattering device which can scatter the sticky coal slime and then dry it. This structure increases the contact area between the slime and the hot air and also increases the thermal utilization efficiency of the dryer. The coal slime can be dried one time with only 12% of the water content and the dried materials can be used directly as fuel.
Features
1. The coal slime dryer has advantages of strong anti-overload capacity, high handling capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost.
2. Users can change the operational parameters of the dryer according to different material properties so that the heat exchange can be fully realized.
3. It prevents the phenomena happening to the drum dryer such as the material blocking, discontinuous and uneven feeding and returning etc, which reduces the load of the dust pelletizing system.
4. It new interior structure removes the sticking problem of the inner wall of the dryer drum and realizes strong adaptability to water and sticky materials.
5. The dryer needs zero horizontal thrust, thus reducing the abrasion of the riding wheel and making the dryer drum run steadily.
6. The riding wheel and the rolling ring contact each other in a linear pattern, which reduces much wear and power consumption.
7. The product size and water content can be controlled according to customers’ requirement; the water content of the coal slime after being dried can reach less than 8% and the particle size can smaller than 8mm.
