Common Problems and Solving Measures:

1. After drying, the material moisture content is greater than the regulation value, its elimination is to control the dryer's production capacity, increase or reduce the heat supply;

2. Tyre swing cylinder operation, the reason for this is the concave roller sides without clamping joints, the elimination method is to use plate rolling ring and concave joint uniformly and clamped proper to prevent too tight and prone to accidents;

3. The gear and the pinion gear meshing clearance is destroyed, the reason is: a. tugboat worn b. blocking-wheel wear; c. pinion wear. And its elimination method is turning or replacing according to wear or reverse install/update;

4. Whole body vibration, the reason is that a. tugboat device connected with the base is destroyed, and eliminating method is the correct fastening parts, so that it is in the correct position;

5. Tyre flank wear, elimination is based on the penetration levels of wear, turning or replacing the tyre.

Notes:

1. This dryer must formulate procedures in accordance with local conditions and workers require training.

2. When the temperature reaches to 250-380℃, strictly prohibits solid sliding basin and put wet items of excessive moisture, prevent rout solid sliding pots.

3. The flamethrower is strictly forbidden at any time within the furnace and into the water.

4. When the dryer works, it is prohibited that people have direct contact with the metal, especially shell, chimney, doors and unloading the funnel to prevent burns.

5. Check the anchor bolt, joins equipment parts, motors and reducers, speed controller, to prevent loosening, noise, shock, fever and leaks.
