Production Line Profile
The superfine slag powder making plant with other names of slag micro-powder plant, slag micro-powder line, slag-power processing line is used to make superfine powder and micro-powder from hard and middle hard brittle materials which are non-flammable and non-combustible ones with the Moh’s hardness of less than sixth grade. The finished powder particle size can reach 2500mesh (5micron) at one time and can be changed according to the productive requirement.
Compared with other air flow grinder, mixing grinder and ball mills, this industrial production of slag-powder has doubled productivity which makes it the ideal equipment to produce superfine powder.
Processible materials: calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore, pumice, etc.

1. High efficiency and energy saving
When the product fineness and motor power are the same, its productivity is doubled that of the air flow grinder, mixing grinder and ball mills.
2. Long service life of quick-wear parts
The grinding roll and ring are made of special material, which prolongs the service life. When the material and the product fineness are the same, the quick-wear parts of the equipment can realize 2-5 times longer service life than that of the impact crusher and turbine crusher. It may work more than one year and when it is used to process calcium carbonate and calcite, its service life can be 2-5 years.

Since there is no rolling bearing and bolt, the wear problem no longer exists for the bearings and sealing elements, so does the loosening problem of the bolt that will harm the equipment.

The product fineness can reach D97≤5μm at one time.
